Founded in 2020, Hydra entered the EV space with the Hydra ESX, a high performance electric super bike built to challenge internal combustion head on. It proved that speed, power, and electric can coexist. Expanding from the Middle East to India, Hydra introduced the Hydra ESY, a purpose built scooter engineered for demanding logistics and everyday durability. By 2022, the ESX was recognised as one of India’s fastest electric two wheelers, establishing Hydra as a serious performance brand.
In 2024, Hydra moved operations to India to build for Indian roads and riders, while setting up a UK holding company to support global growth. Today, Hydra is developing its next generation electric scooter platform, blending performance, efficiency, and intelligent design. We do not build electric because it is the future. We build it because it is better.
